Since wildlife is wild, there are no guarantees you’ll spot animals during your flight or on our ground tours, but we will tell you that the State of Alaska is known for its sheer beauty, remoteness, rugged terrain and wild animals. Our pilots are used to being on the lookout for bears, moose, whales, seals, sea lions, mountain goats, caribou, and eagles. They’ll let you know when they see something. (Our respect for this great land prevents pilots from ‘circling back’ or buzzing wildlife.) The best way to make sure you see some of our amazing wildlife is to always keep your eyes open and focused on the landscape below!

Our ground based tours are designed to get you into the animals environment. We do this safely and with respect for the animals domain. They inhabit these areas as their home, we are merely visitors. In some cases these animals are elusive and shy at any interaction with humans. Our guides work really hard at getting you into position for that ultimate interaction. How well you listen and have the ability to move quickly can impact your experience. We are understanding of our client concerns about safety and various levels of physical ability, we take this into consideration while conducting your tour. Additionally, the National Park Service has placed many areas ‘off limits’ Park users. Even though we are a licensed concessionaire, we often have seasonal and temporary limitations on specific areas.
